Our Services

  • Onsite audits to evaluate compliance with ILO standards, the ETI base code and national legal requirements related to labour conditions and workers rights. Key aspects of the audit include walkthrough inspections, detailed documentation reviews and extensive interviews with employees.

  • Targeted assessments to measure the gap between the prevailing wage and the estimated living wage, guided by recognised benchmarks such as the GLWC, in addition to figures determined by FWC through a local cost-of-living analysis.

  • In-depth assessments which go beyond compliance, by engaging workers, communities and stakeholders to identify human rights risks and impacts, and provide an insight into the local socioeconomic context.

  • A hybrid onsite-online initiative, SAY gives a voice to workers through confidential, empathetic in-person interviews and an anonymous online questionnaire. The feedback is carefully analysed and recommended improvements are delivered to company management, with the aim to foster positive working environments and relationships.

  • Based on the findings from audits or assessments, targeted programs can be developed to help remediate non-compliances and mitigate human rights risks. These programs will equip management and workers with essential knowledge and skills, and empower them to achieve sustainable improvements.

  • Following an audit, we guide suppliers through an action plan to remediate non-compliances and improve working conditions. Our approach is practical and collaborative, and progress is continuously monitored to ensure effective, timely action.

  • We help companies gain full visibility into their supply chains by identifying suppliers, tracing product origins, and uncovering potential human rights risks. This insight enables more responsible decision-making and stronger due diligence.

  • We conduct an initial desktop assessment of potential new suppliers against human rights and compliance standards to help companies make more informed sourcing decisions, and mitigate risks in their supply chains.

  • We evaluate and assign risk ratings to suppliers based on factors such as location, industry, labor practices, and legal compliance. This helps companies prioritize due diligence efforts and focus on high-risk areas within their supply chains.

  • We assess and help to refine company policies and procedures to ensure they align with human rights standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, helping to strengthen due diligence practices.

  • We provide tailored training sessions to equip your team with the knowledge and skills needed to uphold human rights standards, implement best practices, and manage compliance effectively within your supply chains.

  • We create and maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date supplier database, enabling efficient tracking, management, and assessment of suppliers to enhance compliance with human rights and labour standards.
